Confronting Storms

And a furious storm of wind (of hurricane proportions) arose, and the waves kept beating into the boat, so that it was already becoming filled. But He was in the stern, asleep on the cushion, and they awoke Him and said to Him, “Master, do you not care that we are perishing?” And He arose and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Hush NOW! Be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm (a perfect peacefulness.) He said to them, “Why are you so timid and fearful? How is it that you have no faith?” Mark 4:37-40

There is a storm brewing, a large storm, a hurricane. The media speaks of how bad she is and the damage she is going to do. Jesus spoke to the storm and it stopped. We as His followers have been given the same power.

John 14: 12-13 I assure you, I tell you, if anyone believes in Me, he will himself be able to do the things that I do, and he will do even greater things than these, because I go to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in my Name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
So when Jesus spoke to the storm and it became silent, we as His followers can do the same.
Do not give the storm any power by speaking life into her, telling her how big she can be, bigger than previous storms, etc. Do not come into agreement with the media. They love drama and want us to be in fear. What they are speaking, speak the opposite.

Speak death to her and tell her that she has to die, in the name of Jesus! Tell the winds and the waves to be still. We have that authority! This is an awesome time to watch King Jesus move! Use the power you have been given.

Satan comes to steal, kill, destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it more abundantly. (till it overflows). John 10:10.

All my NC friends, I’m declaring and standing with you!
